The Sitemap lists the pages of your blog.Sitemaps crawls your web pages which  are seen by people, and they have been helpful to users. A sitemap is a file where you provide information about the pages, videos, and other files on your site, and the relationships between them. Search engines like Google read this file to more intelligently crawl your site. A sitemap tells the crawler which files you think are important in your site, and also provides valuable information about these files: for example, for pages, when the page was last updated, how often the page is changed, and any alternate language versions of a page.

Do I need a sitemap for my website or blogs?

If your website or blog’s pages are properly linked, our web crawlers can usually discover most of your site. Even so, a sitemap can improve the crawling of your site, particularly if your site meets one of the following criteria:

Copy above xml sitemap code and paste  in your blogger Setting - Search Preference(Custom robots.txt  ) more knowledge below Image

After then You cut the code and paste webmaster tools in sitemap section which you are seeing blue colour under line  above Image.
